In response to <this comment on osnews (http://www.osnews.com/thread?407309)>. Note that I am not saying that jail breaking _is_ piracy, certainly not, but that it creates the same result. Piracy is why Photoshop has no competition. Piracy is why Korea and China have 99% IE usage. Jail-breaking will be why Apple will never change their App Store policies.
